The Paper Trail Project

The Paper Trail Project is an interactive card pack & journal. It challenges families & friends to complete a series of tasks while on a road trip with the end result of creating; memories, bonds & there own paper trails.

The Paper Trail Project was my Senior Capstone project at the UW–Stout. Over the course of my final semester, I studied the interactions people have with one another, how products are being used; and as a designer how I can affect these interactions. The Paper Trail Project allows the user to create experiences by interacting with their environment and those present in that very moment. My goal was to create a product that not only had consistent, smart branding, but added value to the user’s experience.

Each user would receive a Trail Pack which will include; a Card Pack, Log Book, informational pamphlet, and Trail Gear. Upon finishing their adventure the user can submit their cards, Log Book, and photos; to receive a Trail Book full of memories from their adventure.

I'm in the process of growing the project into being a legitimate product so stay tuned for more news!
